John Eric Pearce

John Eric Pearce is a seasoned fire service professional with extensive experience in both operational and educational roles. Currently serving as a Fire Captain at the Los Angeles County Fire Department since October 2003, Pearce has also been an Adjunct Professor in Fire Technology at the College of the Canyons since January 2005. Previously, Pearce was a Certificated Instructor at Rio Hondo College from January 1990 to October 2004 and held the position of Division Chief of Training & Safety at La Habra Heights Fire Department until October 2003. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton, an Associate of Science in Paramedical Sciences from El Camino College, and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
