Matthew Fink

Matthew Fink is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and emergency services. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at TraPac since May 2017, Matthew has previously held the role of Operations Manager at the same company. Additionally, Matthew has extensive experience as an ocean lifeguard with the Los Angeles County Fire Department since June 2013 and with the Long Beach Fire Department from March 2012 to March 2023. Earlier in the career, Matthew worked as an Operations Supervisor at Damco for a brief period in 2017 and as an Assistant Swim Coach at Swim Torrance from December 2012 to May 2014. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from California Lutheran University, completed between 2014 and 2016, and studied at El Camino College from 2012 to 2014.
