We are a highly responsive team of over 4,800 firefighters, to support our public safety mission to keep the public out of harm’s way. We provide fire protection and life safety services to more than 3.8 million residents. When we’re called into action as members of California Task Force 2, our USR, we’ll travel around the globe to respond whenever a major disaster strikes.
