Darwin Sypinero

Darwin Sypinero, PMP, currently serves as Division Manager at the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sypinero was the Chief Information Officer for the County of Los Angeles Department of Coroner from April 2018 to August 2023 and worked as a Principal and Senior Information Systems Analyst at the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services from April 2013 to March 2018, where the implementation of the Cerner Millennium Solution Suite was successfully led. Earlier professional experience includes managing technology projects at Cal Poly as an Information Systems Specialist and positions as a Business Systems Analyst and IT Analyst at Cal Poly Pomona Foundation and College of the Extended University, respectively. Sypinero holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
