Emily Baker is an experienced museum educator currently working at both the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and the La Brea Tar Pits and Museum since December 2016 and February 2017, respectively. Prior to these roles, Emily served as a Web Content Manager at Infocast from February 2009 to December 2016, and as a Graduate Student at Johns Hopkins University from January 2014 to December 2015, earning a Master of Arts in Museum Studies. Earlier experience includes working as an Art Collection Manager at Meridith Baer & Associates in 2008, an intern at the Samek Art Museum from 2007 to 2008, and a Camp Counselor for Camp Timber Ridge with the Girl Scouts of America from 2001 to 2005. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Bucknell University.
