Grant Babbitt

Grant Babbitt is a seasoned professional in the film and television industry, currently serving as Cinematic Arts Faculty (Cinematography) at the Los Angeles County Office of Education since August 2018, and previously as Cinematic Arts Faculty at Columbia College Hollywood. With experience spanning from April 2005 to the present, Grant has held various roles including VFX Data Wrangler, Cinematographer, Camera Operator, and Lighting Specialist, contributing to prominent productions for networks and streaming services such as NBC, HBO, Netflix, and Marvel Studios. Notable projects include "The Old Man," "Fast X," "Rebel Moon," and "The Little Mermaid," showcasing expertise in both cinematography and visual effects in high-profile settings. Grant obtained a Bachelor of General Studies in Film & Media Studies (Production) from The University of Kansas in 2011.
