James Coomes

James Coomes is currently serving as the Program Manager III at the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health, where James holds the role of Service Area Chief for the Antelope Valley. James also serves as the Chief Executive Officer at The ChangeWorks! Foundation, supporting a youth-driven board focused on childhood cancer research and treatment. Prior to their current roles, James worked as a Program Head at Los Angeles County. James holds a Master of Social Welfare (MSW) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from UCLA.
