Jason Smallwood

Jason Smallwood is an experienced Desktop Engineer currently working with the Los Angeles Dodgers since April 2021, providing comprehensive support for over 500 users. Previously, Jason held roles at The Structures Company, LLC and NBC Universal Studios, where responsibilities included troubleshooting technical issues and supporting critical projects. With a strong background in technical support and troubleshooting across various companies, including Atos, NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and multiple security technology firms, Jason has developed expertise in resolving client issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Mt Sierra College and another Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Security from Hawaii Pacific University.
