Cisp Joy Nelson

Joy Nelson, CISP, possesses extensive experience in financial services, specializing in Individual Retirement Accounts and estate administration. Currently serving as an IRA Specialist and Utility Specialist III at Los Angeles Federal Credit Union since January 2015, Joy utilizes comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations to assist members effectively. Previous roles include Client Advocate at PayrollCentric, IRA Marketing Consultant and Administrator at Polycomp Administrative Services, Inc., S.O.S. Investigator and Project Analyst at Washington Mutual Bank, as well as roles in fraud investigation and as a senior teller. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas, earned between 1985 and 1989.
