Michelle S.

Michelle S. has over 20 years of work experience at Los Angeles Federal Credit Union. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources, a role they have held since February 2023. Michelle also served as the AVP, Human Resources and Training starting in January 2022 and as the Training and Organizational Development Manager starting in January 2020.

Between 1998 and 2019, Michelle held a variety of roles at Los Angeles Federal Credit Union, including Training Manager, Training Administrator, Trainer, and Human Resources Assistant.

Michelle S. obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources Management from Ashworth College in 2008. Michelle then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from the same institution in 2017. In February 2017, they also obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
