Chelsey Oeffler has a diverse work experience history beginning as a First Grade Student Teacher at Gunnison Watershed School District RE1J in 2013. Chelsey then progressed to roles such as First Grade Teacher at Beaufort County School District and Reading Specialist at Denver Public Schools. Moving into community relations, Chelsey worked as an Athletic Office marketing intern at California State University, Long Beach before taking on a role as a Community Relations Intern at the LA Clippers. Chelsey continued their career in the sports industry as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness and then as the Manager of Community and Social Responsibility at the Detroit Pistons. Currently, they are the Director of Community Relations at the Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC).

Chelsey Oeffler holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Western Colorado University. Chelsey also obtained a Master's Degree in Sport Management from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, they hold a Colorado K-6 Teaching Certificate and a South Carolina K-6 Teaching Certificate.
