Pio Castillo

Pio Castillo, MS HRM, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Technician at Los Angeles Harbor College since September 2022. Previously, Pio worked at Los Angeles Mission College as a Senior Personnel Assistant from March 2016 to September 2022. Pio has a teaching background as an Assistant Professor III at the University of Santo Tomas from June 2007 to May 2015, where courses included Human Resources Management and Strategic Management. Earlier roles included Admissions Counselor at Mapua Institute of Technology and University of Santo Tomas, and Personnel Assistant II at Fil-Estate Properties, Inc. Pio’s academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management from the University of Santo Tomas, a Master's degree in the same field, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, complemented by a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UCLA Extension.
