Clarissa C. Pitts

Clarissa C. Pitts currently serves as the Manager of Organizational Development at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, focusing on leadership development, employee lifecycle, and organizational culture. Previously, at LifeLabs Learning, Clarissa founded and co-led an employee resource group for underrepresented populations and contributed to the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-bias Council.
