Keshia Douglas

Keshia Douglas, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business administration. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Talent Officer at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, Keshia has previously held positions including Business Administrator at Portals Mental Health Rehabilitation Services and General Manager at New Hair Institute. Keshia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles, between 1989 and 1992, and completed high school at Etiwanda High School from 1984 to 1988.
