Ashley Allen has a diverse background in customer service and engagement, currently serving as the Manager of Member Service and Engagement with the Los Angeles Lakers since October 2018. Previously, Ashley held the role of Customer Service and Retention Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes being an Inside Sales Representative for the Los Angeles Angels and a student at the Accelerated Sports Career Academy. Additionally, Ashley contributed as a Panhellenic Delegate for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and held various internship positions, including Lead Intern at Phil Anthropy House and Summer Intern at Sovereign Wealth Preservation, Inc. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business from Arizona State University, graduating in May 2017.
