Marius Olteanu

Marius Olteanu is a Senior Information Technology Specialist who has been providing IT support for contracted clients since January 2021. Marius has experience resolving day-to-day break-fix issues, ticketing system management, hardware and software deployments, and assisting in domain and application migrations. Marius is also responsible for deploying and troubleshooting VPN clients such as Pulse Secure and Global Protect, and managing business application portals such as O365, Zoom, Slack, Okta, Confluence, Jira and Salesforce. Prior to their current role, Marius was an Information Technology Technician with Xperi Corporation from October 2016 to January 2021, where they were responsible for performing all functions associated with tier 1 and 2 service calls, as well as AD user management, including onboarding, offboarding and permissions. Marius also managed business application portals, mobile devices, and tested and deployed machine builds for Macs and PCs.

Marius Olteanu has a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy from California State University, Los Angeles. Marius is certified from Apple in Apple Desktop Certification for OSX 10.4.
