Oracio Galindo

Oracio Galindo is entering his sixth season with the Los Angeles Rams as head of the employee experience. He oversees the administration of day-to-day human resources activities and is strategically responsible for developing programs, systems, and policies that attract, retain, engage, and develop talent across the organization.

Prior to joining the Rams, Galindo served as the vice president of employee relations and labor relations for Tribune Publishing, a media company rooted in award-winning journalism, which employs 8,000 employees across the country. During his tenure, he was instrumental in leading a staff of 25 human resources professionals to drive various transformational and organizational changes across 10 major newspapers. Before his work with Tribune Publishing, he served in various senior leadership roles with other organizations such as the Los Angeles Times, Sony Music Entertainment, Starbucks Coffee, and Red Bull.
