Taiwo Oduwole

Taiwo Oduwole has a diverse work experience in human resources and employee experience. They are currently the Head of Employee Experience at Grey (YC W22) since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at SecureID Limited from February 2022 to October 2022. They also have experience in Nestoil Limited, where they held various roles including Assistant Manager Human Resources from June 2021 to January 2022, Human Resources Officer from October 2016 to June 2021, and Human Resources Assistant from May 2015 to October 2016. Additionally, Taiwo worked as an External Affairs Intern at Addax Petroleum from May 2014 to August 2014.

Taiwo Oduwole completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Technology at Babcock University from 2011 to 2015. In addition, Taiwo obtained several certifications, including Modern Human Resource Management - Revised from Alison in June 2020, Associate Member ACIPM and Diploma in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM in May 2019, Graduate Member of Computer Proffesionals of Nigeria from the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria in June 2015, and Employability Skills Certification from Poise Graduate Finishing Academy in May 2015.
