Trent Frey is a performance science coordinator and strength & conditioning associate with extensive experience in professional sports and academic settings. Currently, Trent works for the Los Angeles Rams, having previously served as the head strength & conditioning coach for the Los Angeles Kings from August 2017 to March 2024. Prior experiences include various roles at the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as internships at multiple universities. Trent holds a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, specializing in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from PennWest California, and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Mercyhurst University, where Trent also played on the NCAA Division-1 Men's Ice Hockey team.
