Daniel Michael Hernandez is an experienced journalist with a robust background in food and news reporting. Currently serving as Food Editor at the Los Angeles Times, Hernandez has previously worked as a Reporter for The New York Times. Hernandez also held the position of Editor in Chief at L.A. TACO and served as Head of News at Raze. Additional experience includes roles as Producer and Correspondent, as well as Mexico Bureau Chief and Editor for VICE Media and VICE Mexico. Hernandez earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2002.
