Rebecca Castillo

Rebecca Castillo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media production, research, and educational program development. Currently, as the Special Projects Lead at Los Angeles Times, Rebecca drives innovative initiatives. Previous roles include Case Study Fellow at the University of Southern California, where valuable research and publications for Harvard Business Review were produced, and Co-Founder of Storyboard, a project focused on storytelling for social change in underserved communities. Additional experience spans various marketing and video production roles, including internships at Afterskills and RallyCry Ventures, as well as positions at Swarthmore College where Rebecca honed skills in communications and digital content creation. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies and Film and Media Studies from Swarthmore College and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California.
