James Chin

James Chin has been with Los Angeles World Airports - Airport Police since June 2005, where James holds multiple titles including Video Technical Operations Manager, Airport Police Operations Center / Airport Response Coordination Center Officer-in-Charge, Command Staff Duty Officer / Patrol Watch Commander, and Special Operations - Emergency Services Unit Commander. Additionally, James has been with Joint Forces Training Base - Security Force since 1999, holding the rank of CW3. James Chin has a degree in Risk Assessment / Incident Command from the National Emergency Response & Rescue Training Center at Texas A&M University and has received training from Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) and the Joint Interagency Training Center, among others.
