Shahla Dallalzadeh

Shahla Dallalzadeh has extensive experience in information technology management, currently serving as the Director of the IT Service Management Office at Los Angeles World Airports since January 2007. Shahla established the office focused on enhancing IT service delivery and efficiency, successfully migrating to a modern ITSM system, implementing new processes, and improving remote work and collaboration tools. Prior roles include managing the Infrastructure Data Center Division, overseeing substantial data center projects, improving system security, and ensuring service availability. Shahla's career began at the City of Los Angeles, where leadership was demonstrated in multiple technical support roles, ultimately managing IT services for various city departments. Shahla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA.
