David A. Sahakyan

David A. Sahakyan is an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst at Los Rios Community College District since September 2011. In addition to this role, David is a supporter of the 120K Project, working to raise awareness about the humanitarian situation facing 120,000 people in Artsakh. As a co-founder and board member of Nor Hayq, an alternative education ecosystem in Armenia, David focuses on sustainable education financing and innovative programs. Previously, David was a co-founder and CTO of UpperHand EDGE, which supports young entrepreneurs, and served as Principal Technology Architect at Innovative Paradigms. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Programmer Analyst at Paratransit, Inc. David holds an Executive MBA from California State University-Sacramento and a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, along with ongoing professional development in information technology.
