Mario Rodriguez

Mario Rodriguez has extensive experience in finance and administration within the educational sector, currently serving as the Executive Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration at Los Rios Community College District since October 2017. Prior roles include Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration and Associate Vice Chancellor of Finance at the same institution. Previously, Mario held positions as Vice Chancellor of Finance and Facilities and Assistant Vice Chancellor of Finance at California Community Colleges from August 2014 to September 2017. Mario's career in finance began at the California Department of Finance as a Staff Finance Budget Analyst and Associate Finance Budget Analyst from January 2012 to July 2014, and further included roles as Project Manager and Budget Analyst at the Office of the Governor, State of California from October 2007 to December 2011. Mario earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento between 2002 and 2005.
