Thomas Moore

Thomas Moore is an experienced instructor, consultant, and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach with a strong background in employee performance improvement and strategic training. Currently leading Thomas Moore Consulting since December 2017, Thomas specializes in targeted training and coaching based on the Gallup Strengths Finder Assessment. Additionally, Thomas has been associated with Los Rios Community College District since November 2012, facilitating business and communication courses. Thomas's previous roles include a Training Program Specialist and Wellness Coordinator for the City of Sacramento, where significant contributions were made to leadership development and wellness initiatives. Thomas also has a history of involvement with the Association for Talent Development and has served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Phoenix. With a Master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, Thomas combines academic knowledge with practical experience in various sectors. Outside of professional pursuits, Thomas performs as part of the tribute band Tom and The Broken Hearts, celebrating the music of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers.
