Scott Samuel

Scott Samuel possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, with a career spanning over 27 years. As Vice President and Director of Engineering at Lose Design from November 2023 to July 2024, Scott focused on engineering strategy and process management. Prior to that, Scott served as a Senior Engineer at Lose Design, leading the Atlanta metro office's engineering team and overseeing civil engineering projects, including site, utility, grading, drainage, and erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control (ES&PC) design. Scott's career began at Ogden Environmental as a Project Associate, where involvement included strip mining design, erosion control, and environmental studies. Scott's tenure at Haines Gipson and Associates lasted from January 1998 to November 2023, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive project management and civil engineering design, as well as jurisdictional permitting. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in January 1996.
