Sophie Heu Reignier

Sophie Heu Reignier has extensive experience in the field of real estate development and project management. Currently serving as Directrice des systèmes d'information, Directrice de l'Agence de Genève, and Directrice Développement Immobilier Genève at Losinger Marazzi SA since January 2007, Sophie leads a team responsible for real estate development in the Canton of Geneva, overseeing investor relations, land prospecting, and financing strategies. Notable projects include the "Quai Vernets" initiative, which aims to create 1,500 housing units and 30,000 m2 of activities in Geneva. Sophie also has experience as Membre du comité at APCG since June 2024 and previously worked as Ingénieur Projet at Saipem from July 1998 to December 2006. Sophie holds a degree in Engineering from ENSTA, completed in 2000, specializing in maritime engineering.
