James was previously the Creative Director at Secret New Things, VP of Product Development at Motiga, Inc., and the Creative Director at Undead Labs. James also served as the Director of Game Design at ArenaNet LLC and as Lead Game Designer / Lead Producer at Blizzard Entertainment.
