Ian Williams

Ian Williams is an experienced leader in the leisure and hospitality sectors with a diverse background in operations, consultancy, and coaching. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Lost Shore Surf Resort, set to be Europe's largest inland surf resort, Ian has previously held key positions such as Operations Director at The Wave and at the Eden Project, where successful strategies led to increased visitor satisfaction and profitability. As the former owner of Cavendish Coffee House, Ian demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit by enhancing operational performance and community engagement. Educationally, Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southampton.
