Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where support is provided for innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha's expertise also extends to advisory positions in blockchain technologies and innovative financial solutions, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications in fintech and project management.
