Tyler Aroner

Tyler Aroner is an experienced professional in the fields of corporate finance, licensing, and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Global Licensing at LOT Network since July 2022. In this role, Tyler leads initiatives to protect companies from litigation related to patent assertion entities. As a Partner at Nodes Advisors AG, a corporate finance boutique focused on Digital Health and Biotech, Tyler assists healthcare entrepreneurs in securing capital from investors. Tyler also manages Aroner Surgical LLC, a life science advisory firm, and serves as an advisor to HekaBio K.K. and TriAgenics.com, providing expertise in fundraising strategies and corporate development. Previously, Tyler held a Director position at mectron, where significant contributions included developing a new division in Animal Science and overseeing various business development efforts. Tyler holds an MBA from Northwest University and a BS from Arizona State University.
