Sebastian Jadczak

Sebastian Jadczak has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Sebastian has worked at LOT Polish Airlines since 2015, holding various roles including Acting Director of Ground Operations, Head of Ground Operations, Ground Ops Nominated Person, Safety Inspector, and Ground Safety Expert. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing safety risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, conducting safety investigations, and developing audit programs. Prior to LOT Polish Airlines, they worked at LS Airport Services S.A. as a Duty Manager and Ramp Supervisor, where they supervised operational activities and managed staff and equipment. Before that, they worked at Foster SIS as a Manager, and at Camp America as a Program Coordinator, where they coordinated office work and managed exchange programs.

Sebastian Jadczak attended LaGuardia Community College from 2006 to 2007, studying English. Sebastian then pursued a post-graduate degree in Safety Management in Aviation at Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Doradztwo zawodowe from Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna im. Aleksandra Gieystora w Pułtusku.

Sebastian Jadczak has also acquired various certifications, including Safety Risk Management from The Southern California Safety Institute in 2019, DAQCP Inspector from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2016, and IOSA internal auditor from FLIGHT SAFETY SOLUTIONS LTD in 2016. Sebastian also possesses certifications in areas such as Manual Weight and Balance of Aircraft, Runway Safety, Flight Coordinator, Live Animals Transportation, and Swiadectwo operatora radiotelefonisty stacji lotniskowej. Additionally, they have certifications related to LOT Polish Airlines, such as Quality Compliance Monitoring System and Root Cause Analysis.
