Quentin Roberts

Quentin Roberts is the IT Manager at LotLinx. Quentin has over eight years of experience in the IT field, specializing in software applications, network administration, and virtualization.

Quentin began their career as a Software Application Specialist with Noseworthy Chapman Chartered Accountants in 2011. Quentin was responsible for helping to transition the company from a paper-based filing system to an electronic one. Quentin streamlined the process, which led to their role developing into a jack-of-all-trades network administrator position. Quentin's duties included maintaining network infrastructure, Windows Servers, IT budgeting, virtualization projects using ESXi and vSphere, daily offsite backups, end user support, and computer consulting. Quentin also educated staff on security principals, such as password security and creating secure passwords. Quentin created documentation for all IT processes and procedures, providing consistency and order.

In 2010, Quentin was a Computer Support Specialist with the Canada-Newfoundland Offshore Petroleum Board and the Office of the Chief Information Officer Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Quentin provided support for users with computer issues and resolved problems in a timely manner.

Quentin’s experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to any organization. Quentin is dedicated to their work and takes pride in providing quality IT support.

Quentin Roberts is a programmer analyst who attended the College of the North Atlantic. Quentin has a certification from CompTIA in ComptTIA A+.

They work with Colton Julyan - Technical Operations Lead, Melvyn Navasca - Senior Software Developer, and Matthew Unger - Product Operations Specialist. Quentin Roberts reports to Robert Langtry, VP, Product Operations.
