Tyler Humes

Tyler Humes is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate and construction industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at TBN Development since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler held the position of Vice President at Lott Brothers Construction Company from May 2017, overseeing preconstruction services, business development, and company financials. Previous experiences include positions such as Preconstruction Manager at Oakbrook Builders, LLC, and Project Manager at both Jamail & Smith Construction, LP, and Journeyman Construction, Inc. Tyler also has experience in project controls from a brief tenure at ConocoPhillips. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Minor in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2009.
