Mustafa Erbil

Mustafa Erbil possesses extensive experience in human resources and administrative operations, currently serving as the İnsan Kaynakları ve İdari İşler Müdürü at LOTTE Chemical since April 2016. Prior to this role, Mustafa held the position of Internal Auditor at Kaynak Holding from September 2011 to December 2015 and was a Personnel Responsible at Taşkent Unlu Mamülleri ve Ekmek Sanayi between April 2008 and June 2011. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Izmir Katip Celebi University (2016-2017), a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Anadolu University (2011-2015), and a diploma in Surveying Technologies from Dokuz Eylul University (2003-2005).
