Nabiel Alghanma

Nabiel Alghanma has a diverse work experience in various managerial and directorial roles. Nabiel started their career at INEOS Styrolution America LLC, where they served as a Plant Manager from 2003 to 2008, and later as the Director of Manufacturing from 2008 to 2012. Nabiel then joined Praxair, Inc - a Linde Company as the Global Director of Operational Excellence from 2012 to 2015. Nabiel served as the Director of Reliability at Orion S.A. from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Maintenance, Reliability & Turnaround Manager at LOTTE chemical.

Nabiel Alghanma received their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1986 to 1989.
