Hetalkumar Shah

Hetalkumar Shah currently serves as Head HR at Lotte India Corporation Limited, overseeing strategic HR initiatives for Havmor Ice Cream since March 2024. Previously, Hetalkumar was Head of Corporate HR and Learning & Development at Havmor Ice Cream Pvt Ltd, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency and aligning HR strategies with business objectives from January 2018 to March 2024. Prior to this, Hetalkumar worked as a Freelance Trainer in sales and soft skills from October 2015 to December 2017, and held managerial roles in training at Azafran Innovacions Ltd and Amway India Enterprises between 1999 and 2015. Hetalkumar holds an MBA in Marketing from TIMS, completed in 1998.
