Mr. Dhaliwal has served as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since July 2022 and has over 30 years financial experience. Prior to joining Lottery.com, he served as Finance Transformation Leader and Finance Global Process Owner at AIG. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Emulate Bio and at Barclays Bank’s Serve Co. Prior to joining Barclays Bank, he held financial positions of increasing responsibility at GE Inc., where he served for over 15 years.
