Paul Keogh is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in program management, technical support, and systems administration. Currently serving as Program Manager for Digital Transformation at Lotterywest since May 2021, Paul has previously held roles such as Senior TS Support Officer and Manager TS Support Services. Prior to Lotterywest, Paul worked at VenuesWest as ICT Security and Support Administrator and held various positions at the Mental Health Commission of Western Australia, including Acting Manager of Operations and Support. Additional experience includes project management and IT operations coordination at the Mental Health Commission (Western Australia) and network coordination at the Disability Services Commission. Paul's technical expertise encompasses user support, service desk management, and infrastructure maintenance across multiple organizations, including Kellogg Joint Venture and Herbert Smith Freehills. Paul completed education at Kearnan College from 1981 to 1993.
