Lucy Fullarton

Lucy Fullarton is an experienced communication and stakeholder engagement professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Principal of Stakeholder Engagement and Regulation and Head of Corporate Communications at Lotto New Zealand since September 2021, Fullarton has previously held significant roles at Spark New Zealand from August 2012 to September 2021, including Corporate Relations Lead Partner and PR Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Mighty River Power, Royal Mail, Rainer, New Zealand Post, and the Office of Hon Trevor Mallard. Fullarton holds a BA (Hons) in History and Political Science from Victoria University of Wellington.
