Paul Lilley

Paul Lilley is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on gaming and telecommunications. Currently serving as Group CTO and Director of Engineering at Lottoland from February 2023 to April 2024, Paul previously held the role of Director of Technology - Gaming at Sky Betting & Gaming from January 2015 to October 2022, where leadership of a team of 150 focused on the architecture, engineering, delivery, and operation of a gaming platform for multiple brands was key. This role involved implementing a technology strategy that supported business goals and facilitated technology transformations, including cloud initiatives. Additional roles include positions in operations and quality assurance at PureNet, and test management roles at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and Revolution IT. Paul Lilley holds an HNC in Telecommunications Engineering from Teesside University and an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Telecommunications Engineering from Orange PCS Ltd.
