Paolo Castellana has several years of experience in design, branding, and creative roles. Paolo began their career as a Freelance Art Director and Graphic Designer, managing the creation and production of various visual assets for brands. Paolo then worked as an Art Director at Connexia, where they provided digital design solutions and managed projects within tight brand guidelines. Paolo later joined Paddy Power Betfair as a Communications Designer and Senior Creative Digital Designer, creating and delivering marketing and brand assets for various campaigns. Paolo then transitioned to DAZN as a Design Manager, where they led a team of digital and motion designers and developed design strategies for social, CRM, and brand campaigns. Currently, Paolo is the Head of Brand Portfolio, Customer Experience & Creative at Lottomatica, managing a team and overseeing all creative, UX/UI, and advertising tasks for the company.
Paolo Castellana's education history includes a Laurea specialistica in design dei Sistemi from ISIA Roma, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
