Nick Klee has a diverse range of work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Nick is currently the Director of Digital, Data & Technology at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), where they are leading a multi-million digital transformation project. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & COO of Technology Transformation Group, where they built and developed the operational aspects of the business and provided strategic consultancy services. Nick also served as the Chief Information Officer at Norwood, a social care and housing provider, where they delivered a strategic technology transformation program. Earlier in their career, Nick held leadership positions at G's, the British Medical Association, and The London Clinic, where they led technology transformation initiatives and introduced best practices in service delivery and infrastructure. Nick also gained experience as an enterprise architect at CBRE and Ordnance Survey and worked as a pre-sales consultant in infrastructure solutions & services at 2e2. Nick began their career as a project lead in the NHS.

Nick Klee attended Mid Kent College from 1991 to 1992, where they studied BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies. Nick has additional certifications including Agile Project Management Registered Practitioner (AgilePM) from APMG International in 2014, Prince 2 Registered Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2014, VMware Certified Professional from VMware in March 2005, and ITIL Foundation and ITIL Registered Practitioner from PeopleCert, though the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
