Leo Paysan

Leo Paysan is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Procurement Manager Outsourcing at Lotus Bakeries since September 2020, Leo previously held roles at Unilever from September 2013 to August 2020, including European Procurement for Foods Ingredients, where responsibilities included annual negotiations, portfolio analysis, and enhancing supplier service and quality. Leo began a career at Unilever as a Supply Chain Trainee through the Unilever Future Leaders Programme and contributed as Portfolio & Innovation Assistant for Leaf Tea Europe. Academic qualifications include a Master in Business Management from EDHEC Business School and a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, both completed in 2015.
