Luritha Moore

Luritha Moore is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Technical & Quality Manager at Lotus Bakeries since May 2021. As the owner of Senses & Synthesis since August 2013, Luritha specializes in food consulting with expertise in product development, fruit processing, and quality management systems. Previous roles include Head of Innovation & Quality at SCP (AECI) and Head of Technical Department at SCP, where innovative quality policies were developed for fruit juice concentrates and beverages. Luritha also held the position of Technical Manager at Appletiser, optimising raw materials for global suppliers, and at Associated Fruit Processors, managing significant fruit processing operations. Luritha's career began as QC Manager at Tiger Brands. Luritha holds a B.Sc in Food Science from Stellenbosch University and furthered education at the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
