Leeza Fazioli

Leeza Fazioli, MSW, is an experienced clinical strategy professional currently serving as Clinical Strategy Lead at Lotus Clinical Research, LLC since January 2025. Prior roles include Therapeutic Strategy Manager at Novotech, where responsibilities encompassed managing global regulatory and clinical strategies across various indications in the Asia Pacific and Europe, and Senior Clinical Project Manager at FHI Clinical Inc., focusing on infectious disease trials, including a pivotal COVID-19 study. With a strong foundation in project management across multiple therapeutic areas, Leeza has successfully led clinical trials for rare diseases and has extensive experience in stakeholder relations, budget management, and strategic development within high-pressure environments.
