Kamau Wairuri

Kamau Wairuri, PhD is a Lecturer in Criminology at Edinburgh Napier University. Before his current role, he worked as a Research Fellow at Strathmore Business School and as the Founder & Principal Consultant at Lotus Consulting Limited. He has a strong background in academia, consulting, and research, with experience at reputable organizations such as McKinsey & Company and Standard Group PLC. Kamau holds a PhD in African Studies from The University of Edinburgh, an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Political Science & Public Administration from the University of Nairobi. He also has a background in Accountancy and Secondary Education.
