Kristen Suchanec

Kristen Suchanec has a wealth of experience in operations and production. Kristen is currently the Head of Operations at Lotus Foods, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Production and Snr Director of Production & Operations at ISLAND from 2017-2022. From 2016-2017, they were the Director of Wholesale Planning at James Perse. From 2009-2016, they held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including External Operations Planning Manager, Senior Demand Planner, Contract Account Buyer, Purification Scientist, Quality Engineer, and Third Party Manufacturing.

Kristen Suchanec began their educational journey in 2004, when they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University. Kristen then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they completed in 2016.
