Vinita Soni

Vinita Soni currently serves as Head of HR at Farmina since November 2022 and has been with Lotus Herbals in a Corporate HR capacity since June 2017. Prior to these roles, Vinita Soni was HR Manager at LifeCell International Pvt. Ltd. from December 2010 to June 2017, focusing on recruitment, performance appraisal, and training & development. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Generalist at Fast Trax Food Pvt. Ltd. from March 2009 to December 2010 and as an HR Executive at the same company from January 2009 to November 2009. Vinita Soni holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGBBM) with a specialization in HR from Shiva Institute of Management Studies, completed in 2009.
